It’s not only rare to have this disease at her age also the disease was genetically inherited and may be pass on to next generation.
It’s a movie about an emotion of family who is going through such a tragedy and hardship of Alice who try hard to remember things from various methods. It’s light dramas which run on high emotion and make you feel sorry about Alice. Juliane Moore is fantastic and played her part with brilliant performance which certainly makes her ahead to get an Oscar for same. It’s a movie about a boy Mason Evans, Jr. played by Ellar Coltrane who is living with his single mother Olivia (Patricia Arquette) and older sister Samantha (Lorelei Linklater) and growing up around Texas where his mom is consistently moving because of her struggle as single mother. The movie is about realistic representation of life of a boy who is spending his childhood with different father that his mother comes across and his own struggle to become independent by himself. The movie also stars Ethan Hawke as Mason Evans who is his biological father and who keeps meeting Mason and Samantha but has his own independent life.

The uniqueness of movie is the perfection in which Richard has presented this drama about a simple story in more realistic manner. His passion to show this drama reflects in his work where he shot the movie with all cast for 12 years the time which was shown in the story. The cast is superb and Patricia Arquette and Ethan Hawke stand out as a great actor with their perfect performance. The movie is bit lengthy and goes bit slow in some places however it is a good watch if you have patience for such cinema.
